Airparks Services Birmingham Airparks is a secured off-airport car park serving Birmingham Airport. It operates transfers to and from the Airport Terminal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Airparks has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle. Airparks also holds ISO 9001, which is the internationally recognised standard for an organisations internal Quality Management. An organisations "Quality Management" refers to an organisations actions to ensure that its services satisfy customers' quality requirements and comply with any regualtions applicable to those services. Distance to Airport 4.5 miles Transfers Transfers operate 24 hours. You should normally allow 40 minutes to check in and transfer to the Airport. During the morning and afternoon busy periods you should allow more time to compensate for traffic delays. Additional time may be needed should a major exhibition be on at the National Exhibition Centre. Present your printed confirmation or quote your booking reference and then hand in your car keys. Your car will be parked for you whilst you board our transfer bus to the terminal. Departure Procedures On return, simply wait where you were dropped off and our regular bus service will transfer you back to the car park. Address 100 Mackadown Lane, Garretts Green, Birmingham B33 0JD Directions Exit the M42 at Junction 6, and follow signs for A45 towards Birmingham. Go past the airport turning. 1 mile on, with the Holiday Inn Hotel on right, go straight over the traffic lights. 1.3 miles further turn right at overhead set of lights towards Garretts Green. Follow signs for "Off Site Parking (Airport) Site A". At roundabout turn right, go straight on for approx. 0.5 miles, & turn left into Mackadown Lane. Entrance is 200yds on left, just past Motor Nation. Security Measures Fenced and floodlit site, with 24 hour patrols and CCTV. ISO 9001 standard of quality assurance. Holders of the Park Mark Award from the Association of Chief Police Officers. Disabled Facilities All Airparks buses have disabled access. Minimum Charge 1 day. Minimum Stay 1 day. Maximum Car Size No mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked. Insurance Parking is always at the vehicle owners' own risk. Other Useful Information Please note this car park cannot accept minibuses or high sided vehicles and Airparks are unable to carry bikes, surfboards, canoes or other large objects which do not fit onto luggage racks on their buses. You can have your car delivered back to the Airport Terminal on your return from Holiday, speeding you on your way home. The service is subject to availability and the fee is payable direct to the car park on arrival. Car Park Terms and Conditions Acceptance of booking where your travel agent has asked for parking services on your behalf We accept your booking only on the terms and conditions set out below and over the page. If these terms and conditions are not acceptable, you may cancel your booking within seven days of receiving this document. Your money will then be returned to you (by your travel agent). If you do not cancel your booking within that time, we will consider the booking to be confirmed. If, at any time, you deliver your vehicle to us for parking, you will be bound by these terms. This document sets out the terms of the contract between you and us Airparks Services Limited - (APS). Please read these conditions carefully. You have the right to cancel your booking within seven days of making it. If you do, your travel agent will refund your money but may charge an administration fee. What we can do: We will take reasonable care of your vehicle for the period you have booked and paid for, starting from when you give us the keys to your vehicle. We will only be responsible where we are at fault. We can move vehicles to a secured parking site we choose within the area We will provide a £5 meal voucher for each booking if you are kept waiting longer than one hour for transfers to and from the airport. If you park for longer than the period you have booked for, we will charge you the full price at the time. We are not responsible for the following Matters that are covered by your car or holiday insurance. You must look to that for protection Events outside our control, or events you have not arranged insurance cover for or have insurance excesses for. Mechanical failures, terrorism, catastrophe or criminal activity. Any deterioration in the vehicle’s condition while it is with us. Property left unattended on our site, in courtesy vehicles and trailers, or in your vehicle. Any losses caused by you not leaving enough time for transfers to the airport. Delays in collecting your vehicle caused by you losing the receipts or not having some other proper authority. Claims you make after leaving the site. Any consequential (indirect) losses. What you must do Arrive in plenty of time, park where we tell you to, and not cause an obstruction. Leave your vehicle keys with us so that we can move your vehicle. Tell us about any vehicle immobiliser, automatic security feature or modification for a disability. Remove all your belongings from the vehicle. Keep your luggage with you at all times. Hand the vehicle over to us in a roadworthy, safe and legal condition with full insurance. Produce a receipt or some other proper authority when you come to collect the vehicle. We can refuse to hand over the vehicle if you cannot prove that you own it. Pay any parking charges that become due if you park longer than agreed. We can refuse to hand over the vehicle if you do not pay these charges. Check your vehicle carefully before leaving it with us. Fill in a customer service report for any claim before you leave the site. Dealing with abandoned vehicles We may consider your vehicle abandoned if you do not claim it at the end of your booked period. We may serve a notice of abandonment upon you at any time after that. The notice will be valid if we send it by pre-paid post addressed to you as the person who made the booking or the registered keeper. If you do not respond to the notice within 28 days, we may sell the vehicle and use the money from the sale to settle any money you owe us as a result of abandoning the vehicle. We will keep any extra money made from the sale for you until you can no longer legally reclaim it. We have the right to take legal action to recover any expenses caused by you abandoning the vehicle.

CPS Personal Parking Save time and hassle when you book a Chauffeur Parking Service. The chauffeur will meet you at the terminal and will then drive your car to a secured car park. When you return from your holiday, the chauffeur will meet you at the terminal with your car ready for you to drive off. (The best time to re-confirm is 06:00 - 22:00 Mon-Fri, unless your booking is imminent). The information they require is: name, Holiday Extras booking reference, car details, flight numbers and times, and terminal of departure. On the day of departure, drive to your departure terminal where the uniformed Chauffeur is waiting to take your car to the car park. Departure Procedures The car is waiting at the terminal for you on your return. Address Chauffeured Parking Services, Maybrook House, Godstone Road, Caterham, Surrey CR3 6RE. Directions Meeting point will be advised by CPS when booking is reconfirmed.
