Pink Elephant is the offical long-term on-airport car park at Stansted, and is ideal for medium to long stays, with regular transfers operating 24 hours a day.

Transfers
Operate 24 hours, every 20 minutes and take approximately 10-15 minutes. Please allow 45 minutes for check in and transfer to the airport.

Arrival Procedures
At entry barrier DO NOT press the button to get an entry ticket. Insert same credit card used to make the booking (last 4 digits shown on your confirmation) with the magnetic strip facing down and to the right - A ticket will be issued containing your unique booking reference and the barrier will open. A ticket will NOT be issued if the wrong credit card is used. Either, insert the correct card or press the button to obtain an entry ticket. Follow signs to the open zone. Transfers to and from the airport operate approx. every 20 mins taking 10-15 mins. Allow 45 mins from arrival to enter, park & transfer to terminal.

Departure Procedures
On return go to the pick up point on terminal forecourt to collect the bus. If you entered using your credit card, drive to the exit barrier and insert the entry ticket issued with the booking reference on it. The barrier will open. No money will be taken from your card unless you have stayed longer than booked. If you took an entry ticket you must report to the manned kiosk on exit (blue booth), where your booking will be processed manually. DO NOT insert a credit card at the exit barrier as you will be charged again at the standard gate rate.

Directions
Exit the M11 at Junction 8A (travelling from the south) or Junction 8 (travelling from the north) and follow signs for Stansted Airport, take the first slip road on the left signposted Long Stay. At the roundabout take the first exit signposted Long Stay Car Park. Go straight over the next roundabout. The entrance to the car park is 400 yards on the left.

Well lit, with high security fencing, CCTV and 24 hour patrols.

Disabled Facilities
Spaces are located near all bus stops. Buses accommodate wheelchairs/easy access. An assistance button can be pressed on arrival.

None. Transit vans should be parked in zone D, from where you walk to the Administration Building to request a transfer.

EParking - Mid Stay

EParking is excellently situated within the airport boundary and is ideal for short to medium stays.

This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Transfers
Operate 24 hours, every 5-10 minutes to and from the terminal taking 4-5 minutes.

Follow signs to the open zone. Please allow 30 minutes from arrival to enter, park and transfer to the terminal.

If you entered using your credit card, drive to the exit barrier and insert the same credit card again, the barrier will open. No money will be taken from your card unless you have stayed longer than booked. If you took an entry ticket you must report to the manned payment point, DO NOT insert a credit card at the exit barrier as you will be charged again at the standard gate rate.

Transfers are not required as you are met at the terminal.

Arrival Procedures
Drive to the Valet Parking drop off point at the far end of the set down lane on the arrivals forecourt. The Valet staff will complete acceptance forms and park your vehicle for you.

Departure Procedures
No need to phone on arrival. Follow signs to the Short Stay Car Park and then signs to Fast Track. Your keys should be collected from the Short Stay Customer Service building on the corner of the Fast Track Car Park.

This service is operational 24hrs a day. To pre-book this service please ensure that you make your bookings 2 days before you are due to arrive at the car park. We will not be able to accomodate oversize vehicles (Vans, Minibuses, Buses, Lorries etc), vehicles that are >5.00m long or vehicles with trailers. In additon we cannot accept motorcycles or any vehicle that cannot be driven on a standard car driving license.
