Parking Express - All Terminals Parking Express is located on the Heathrow Perimeter Road and provides fast and efficient transfers to and from the Terminals. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle. Distance to Airport On Airport - 2 miles from Terminal Transfers Transfers operate 24 hours a day to Terminals 1, 2, 3 & 4 every 10 minutes, taking approximately 15 minutes between 04.45 and 23.45. An on request service operates outside these hours. Arrival Procedures On arrival, take a ticket from the barrier and proceed to the signposted area, park in an available space and go to the nearest bus stop for a transfer. Departure Procedures To transfer to the car park go to the Long Stay Courtesy Coach Pick up point at each Terminal to catch the Parking Express bus, for terminal 3 passengers, you should go to bus stop 17. For transfers from the Airport, Coaches are located outside the terminals on the ground floor. Check the bus information panel on your vehicle reciept. Arrival Procedures On entry follow signs to Arrivals. Park, unload luggage and proceed to reception, where you leave your keys and voucher, receive a receipt for your vehicle before boarding the courtesy coach to the terminal. Departure Procedures On your return to the car park, got to reception with your receipt received on entry and exchange this for your keys. Your car will be parked in a bay close to reception. Departure Procedures You will be given full details on how to return to the car park when you arrive back at the airport after your trip. Business Parking - Terminal 4 (Park & Fly) Ideally situated if you're travelling from Terminal 4, Business Parking (Park & Fly) frequent transfers take just 3 minutes. Distance to Airport On Airport - 3 minutes from Terminal 4 Transfers Transfers operate every 7 minutes to and from terminal 4 between 05:00-23:00. Outside these hours transfers are on demand. Arrival Procedures **ENTRY PROCEDURE** The following instructions are very important so please take the time to familiarise yourself with them before you travel. Upon arrival at Business parking (Park & Fly), please don’t take a ticket. At the entry barrier simply insert the credit or debit card used to make your booking. Failure to confirm your booking may result in you not being met by the chauffeur. Departure Procedures You will be met by the chauffeur in the Car Lane outside Arrivals at all terminals, except Terminal 4, where you will be met in the car lane, which is the 4th lane accross from the building, outside Arrivals.
